We have a well-equipped manufacturing unit that enables us in completing the bulk requirements of our clients within the specified time frame. Spread over a sprawling area of 1000 square feet, our manufacturing unit has installed capacity of 100 units. Managed by expert team of engineers and technicians, our manufacturing unit is equipped with sophisticated machines. Some of the machines that we use in our unit are as follows :

• Surface Grinder

These machines are upgraded time to time to increase efficiency and performance. We are also supported by an in-house designing unit, which helps us in formulating new and innovative production and process equipment for the electronics industry.

To improve the quality of our existing range of production and process equipment for the electronics industry, we have a research and development department. Our R&D department is managed by well experienced research experts who strive to maintain the quality of our production and process equipment and are consistently working with full commitment. Our team of R&D professionals assist in emerging with the most feasible and effective developments. The research conducted by them is based on the development of following parameters :

• Raw material
• Manufacturing process
• Technology

These new developments are then analyzed on the basis of the resources available with the company. And then our R&D team recommends it to the concern department for further incorporation in the manufacturing process.

To ensure proper, systematic and safe storage of our production and process equipment for the electronics industry, we have a capacious warehouse facility. Our spacious warehouse is placed strategically in an area, from where transportation is available quite easily. Spread over a huge area, it is divided into different sections to store every production and process equipment, separately. Further, our warehouse has the below mentioned features :
